
LPS GoToAssist is a simple, one-way support tool that allows one of our support engineers the ability to remotely connect to your system and literally see what you see on your end as well as navigate your PC in order to fix or further diagnose the problems you are having.

LPS GoToMeeting is similiar to GoToAssist except that it can allow a group of users to connect at the same time; plus, the remote access is not only one-way. Instead, the display of any of the groups' PCs can be shown and the permissions to allow remote use of that PC can be dynamically changed as well.
