Short Term Contracts - For clients in need of short term IT help, typically 90 days or less in duration and needed quickly.  Examples include loss of a key IT employee or projects needing additional short term resources.

Long Term Contracts - For clients in need of long term IT help, typically over 90 days in duration.  Examples include upcoming planned projects with a timetable or expected growth in IT.

Contract to Hire - For clients with open, full time positions within their IT department.  A contract to hire placement allows the company to give the candidate a probational period of work (typically 90 days or less) during which the candidate is evaluated to ensure an offer of full time employment is appropriate.

Direct Hire - For clients with open, full time positions within their IT Dept who are ready to hire and make an offer of employment to the right candidate upon succesful interviews.
