LPS GoToAssist is a simple, one-way support tool that allows one of our support engineers to remotely connect to your system and see what you see. This way they cannavigate your PC to fix or diagnose the problems you are having.
Step 1
Give us a call at 1.866.706.7904Once you are on the phone with a member of our support team, you will be directed back to this page after your support representative provides you with a unique connection code.
Step 2
You are prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in.
Step 3
With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
Step 4
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
LPS Help Desk
The LPS Help Desk will allow you to submit support tickets through our web-based system. You will be able to see progress and feedback of your submitted support issue.

LPS Online Meeting Center
LPS Online Meeting Center is similiar to GoToAssist® except that it allows a group of users to connect at the same time. Also, the remote access is not only one-way. Instead, Any member of the group's PCs can have their display shown. The permissions to allow remote use of that PC can be dynamically changed as well.
